Olive Oil in the Mother Lode

Components that decide our olive oil quality include the care of the fruit (the olives) and the processing technique. We produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oil naturally using the first press without chemicals nor heat to retain the healthful nutritional ingredients. We also limit the free fatty acid to less than .8 percent WITHOUT refining.

The flavor adjustments from year to year (a tiny bit) due to local weather and watering. And, because we consist of all three of our varietals in our olive oil every year, it naturally creates a  buttery smooth flavor with a hit of spice.  (YUMMY!) Come get it, it is  best olive oil.
